    房間進去一股霉味很重， 泡湯的浴池壁髒髒的，感覺像沒有認真清洗過， 溫泉水沒有熱，水也不大， 覺得沒有像官網上的圖示那樣的清幽~

    飯店 公共空間在烏來飯店裡算大，環境整理的也不錯，櫃檯小姐很親切。很盡力達到客戶的需求。 房間算舒適，清潔度需再加強，電風扇一開..床底下的頭髮棉絮都吹出來..應加強清潔。 早餐雖不是很豐盛.但有照顧到中西葷素各種需求的客戶。 飯店人手可能不是充足，住宿區門口有狗的排泄物，從入住後看到，跟飯店人員反應，但到隔天10點多退房時都還無人清理，環境清潔須再加強。
