    Warm and friendly this brilliant little hotel in a secluded spot in Wulai is exceptional in providing a relaxing spa experience with their piped in hot springs water and a refreshing night's sleep...

    去年在旅展買的住宿券，這次環島最期待的部分，卻成了最驚嚇的，當天1點才告知要5點才能check in，好不容易撐到4點半過去，吃了很簡陋的下午茶，一進到房間整個傻眼，燈光昏暗，鏡子上有斑駁生銹的痕跡，也沒有提供洗臉毛巾，兩條15ml的洗髮精跟沐浴乳，煙味很重，感覺來到舊型汽車旅館一樣，實在有點尷尬，幸好有提供老徐的店晚餐招待，信心扳回不少。

    房間老舊, 燈光昏暗~ 地板都已腐朽, 感覺年久失修 一開始給我們的房間電視無法觀看, 向櫃枱反應, 只告知全館客滿, 詢問是否要加價換尊爵房型, 但館內設施有問題, 卻要客人加價, 感覺十分不合理!!! 接著2分鐘後回撥告知在大廳有一間房, 但在房內就可聽到大廳交談聲和收餐盤的聲音, 隔音不是很好, 離老街大約開車還有10分鐘車程, 房內霉味蠻重的, 發霉狀況也很嚴重!! 絕不會再去第二次...

    位在上山的路上，若吃完La Villa再到飯店蠻順路的，下了公車站牌走五分鐘下斜坡就可以到，房間本身就像是個大浴室蠻特別的設計，但是泡湯池感覺不夠清潔，水質滑順但是連洗澡的水都是滑溜溜的溫泉水就有點怪，有種怎麼都喜不乾淨的感覺，室內裝潢也有點舊有點霉味和斑駁，以價位來說CP值不算高
