Location

This family-friendly complex is located in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, next to the Plaza del Charco and just 200 metres from the volcanic sandy beach of Playa Jardin. Guests will find a wide range of shops and leisure opportunities nearby. Tenerife North Airport is 20 km from the accommodation and Tenerife South Airport is 100 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 5 junior suites, 2 suites and 100 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Good hotel and location but the room has no fridge and the man in the bar wouldn't give us some ice. He was very rude. Have been living here before but not again.
