Location

This complex is located in Bormujos, just 10 minutes from the historical and monumental city centre of Seville. It lies 8 km from Santa Justa AVE railway station and close to bus stop and a planned stop on the underground network. It is nestled in a commercial area (Factory, Megaocio CC, CC Air South), with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cinemas and San Juan de Dios Hospital and the Universidad San Pablo CEU are both nearby. Seville's San Pablo Airport is only 15 km away.

Facility

The apartment complex has a lift and features 96 apartments and 68 studios. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services such as a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.
