This apartment complex is located in the town of Bormujos in Andalusia, near the A49 motorway coming from Huelva/Portugal, just 10 minutes’ drive from the historic centre of Seville, offering direct access to all points of interest the city has to offer. Near the complex, there are several shopping amenities, a hospital and the University of San Pablo Ceu. The nearest links to the public transport network are a few minutes’ walk away. The airport of Seville, located at a distance of 20 km, is about 25 minutes’ drive away.

Facility

135 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Services and facilities include a cloakroom, a safe, a car hire service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The apartment complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.
