Location

Located in a charming pedestrian street just 50 m from the Puerta del Sol, Madrid's main square, the apartments are the ideal base from which to discover the capital of Spain. Just 100 m away guests will find the magnificent Plaza Mayor. The Royal Palace is 280 m away. The Sol metro station is 50 m from the apartments and offers connections to the rest of the city. Calle Mayor, 50 m from the apartments, features many shops, restaurants and bars. Sights such as the Prado Museum and Retiro Park can be reached in 10 minutes. Madrid-Barajas Airport is some 17 km from the establishment.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1870. 21 rooms, including 14 apartments, 2 studios, single rooms and 4 double rooms, are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service, a transfer service, a laundry service and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the courtyard from a balcony or terrace.
