    The hotel was good and the location was excellent but the kitchen was very poor . Small plate of cheese only , coffee machine was always not working and the milk was off.

    The breakfast we received was good, but the same every day; there was no variety. For example, two types of melon each day, which was tasty, but more variety would have been better. I missed granola...

    Pleasant and comfortable stay at the heart of Madrid. The worker gave us tips to enjoy the neighbourhood. There is also a (small) gym you can go to .

    Ok, first the strengths. Great location, excellent temperature control in room, clean, nice bed and accompaniments. The bad, or at least meh is the breakfast. It was pretty lame with no imagination...
