Location

This complex is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Guests will find the beach, restaurants, bars, clubs, links to the public transport network and shops all in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

80 rooms and 62 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom, and a fan ensures just the right temperature. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex, which includes a children's area, makes for relaxing swimming. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The wide range of activities offered at the apartment complex ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and fishing. With windsurfing and diving available, the complex also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and billiards. A spa, massage treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Half board is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
