This popular hotel is located in the tourist centre of Santa Susana, just a stone's throw from the nearest sandy beach. Restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues are all located in the neighbourhood and a train line runs behind the hotel.

21 single rooms and 451 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms
