Location

The hotel is in the El Santiscal housing development, 4 km from the Arcos de la Frontera centre. Arcos is well connected to important Andalusian cities by road; just 30 km from Jerez, 60 km from Cadiz, 200 km from Malaga, and 110 km from Seville. The town, declared a national monument of tourist interest, has an artistic and historical old quarter on the edge of an impressive rock overlooking the Guadalete River. Therfore, Arcos can be considered one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The hotel is also just a 20-minute drive from Jerez de la Frontera train station and the airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 18 rooms, including single rooms and 17 double rooms, located in a 3-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday.
