Location

Situated in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from Levante beach, and a 40-minute walk from the old town and the centre of Benidorm, or if guests prefer a few metres away there is a public transport connection which takes 10 minutes. Nearby, guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

Facility

46 apartments are located on 23 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience.     Basic apartments but clean. You have to take your rubbish out yourself. No maid service. You can get clean linen if you ask at reception after 2 days. Coconut bar is awesome. Right outside the block...
