Location

The hotel is situated in an exclusive residential zone of Benidorm called Ciudad Jardin Sierra Helada, 900 m form Levante beach, and a few metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Next to the hotel guests will find public transport. The old town and tourist centre of Benidorm is 3 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with 4 lifts and 176 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.
