The comfortable beach hotel is situated at the centre of the tourist area, very close to the extensive beach promenade and the nearby centre of Playa Serence, about 200 m away. A stop for public transport is situated only 100 m from the hotel. A bus stop is also to be found close by. Nearby are diverse shops, countless restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and entertainment venues. The inviting beach that lies by the turquoise blue sea is also close to the hotel (200 m away).

Facility

126 apartments and 107 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.
