This beach hotel is located just 10 minutes away from the centre of the city. The A28 motorway and other major motorways, such as the A1, A7, and A28/IC1, are all close by. The bus and train stations are around a 10-minute walk from the beach hotel, while shops, nightlife spots and links to the public transport network can be found right on the hotel's doorstep. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is approximately 30 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 2 suites and 84 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
