This complex is located in the tourist town of Armação de Pêra approximately only 50 m from the beach. Shopping areas with boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Links to the public transport network lie about 300 m away.

The apartment complex has 105 apartments, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a TV room, medical assistance and a fax machine are available. The apartment is outdated. The extra booked room with sea view, was a joke, since the sea wasn’t visible to us. It was very noisy. At least it was clean and the balcony was huge. The ac worked fine.
