Located close to the town centre where there are many shopping and entertainment venues, this comfortable apartment complex lies just 100 m from links to the public transport network and about 400 m from the nearest beach.

Facility

The hotel has 74 apartments, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a babysitting service, a childcare service, an alarm call service and a laundry service are available. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. There is also a playground for younger guests. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe.
