Location

Enjoying a peaceful location on a hillside, this hotel lies just 600 m from the fine sandy beach in the Praia da Luz. The tourist centre with its diverse range of shopping and entertainment venues as well as a selection of boutiques, bars and restaurants lies about 500 m from the hotel. There is a hotel shuttle bus service 5 times a day to the town centre, the beach and the hotel (complimentary). The nearest large city is Lagos, which lies approximately 7 km away and may easily be reached by making use of the public bus service, which depart from a stop just 300 m from the hotel complex.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has 45 rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a 24-hour security service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a fax machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Arrived late at hotel met with a warm welcome, attending an event at local race track so was in and bit the pool was great, people friendly food very good and a central location made for a great visit

We had a great stay (1 night) at Belavista da Luz. The rooms are very nice, clean and modern, great service and very good breakfast. The entire hotel is very well maintained. Can highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was 100% in all areas. Would highly recommend this hotel. It is a bit away from the hub of things but taxis...

Definitely not a 4* star hotel even with the refurbishment. Have stayed prior to refurb and post refurb. Rooms are clean and have been repainted, the chest of drawers that used to be there have...
