    The hotel is located in a good location, within a five minute walk of Sky city (where there is a direct bus to the airport) and 10/15 minute walk of the waterfront. It is also a short distance from...

    Better than expected. Room is very comfortable and full furnished, even with a dry machine. Next time in Auckland I will come at this place.

    Don't stay here if it's for work. This is not a business-friendly hotel. Reception closes early, rooms are shoe box size, certainly not "suites", after hours if things go wrong or you need stuff...

    Room was generally ok although I found a strand of hair on the bed. No restaurants on site, no facilities, not recognised as Diamond member (no upgrade to suite given, no welcome amenities, nothing!)
