    The location of the hotel is excellent, within 4-6 minutes walk on flat ground from rail stations (6 to Shimbasi, which is only two stops from Tokyo). Easily and cheaply reachable from Haneda...

    Family of 4 stayed for 2 nights - great location lots of options for dinner etc. staff at hotel are lovey and spoke very good English. Laundry is only 400 for a wash and dry which was awesome...
