    JR大塚駅から徒歩5分ほど。まわりにはコンビニやスーパーがあり、飲食店も多数。平日素泊5000円ほどでリーズナブル。ただし部屋は極めて狭く、ほとんどベッドのみ。バス・トイレは部屋にあります。
