    志賀高原のトレッキングの途中利用しました。現地に行って20年以上前に会社のスキースクールで利用したことがあるホテルだとわかりました。チェックインの時にフロントで浴衣も自分にあう大きさのものを取るように言われ、ご飯やお茶はセルフサービスで取りに行くようにとのことで、朝・夕食ともほとんど会社の保養所のような感じでWebに掲載されているものとはだいぶ違い、品数を減らしてもいいからもうちょっと何とかしてほ...

    2024-07-07宿泊。【ほたる温泉】部屋にWi-Fiシャワートイレ有り。冷蔵庫、冷房無し。白濁色の源泉掛け流し。お湯は文句なしです。色々とツッコミ所満載のお宿。

    温泉は最高。ただ食事が良くない。4年前はかなり良かったが今年はダメです。 夕食で1人鍋が出るんですが、何故かもつ鍋。私は食べれますが旅館の食事にもつ鍋はないと思う。 隣のグループから「私もつ鍋食べれない」と言っているのが聞こえてその通りだと思う。 以前とはかなり食事のランクを落としたと思います。 外国人を見ろとは言いませんが、外国のファミリーでこの夕食はかわいそうです。 そして日本人でも子供は食べ...

    温泉がにごり湯で良かった。 部屋が古くて、畳が汚くて、染みついた汚れが取れない様子。 カーテンがペラペラで遮光性が無い。冬場でもトイレの便座にヒーターが無い。部屋風呂があるけど、蛇口からぬるま湯が出るまで、恐ろしく時間が掛かる。風呂として入れる温度の湯が貯められない。シャワーヘッドが壊れていて、均等に水が出ないし、水量が足りないのでシャワーとして使うのも困難。 利用することを想定してないのか？と...
