Location

This exclusive traditional hotel occupies a former Doge's Palace beside the water and close to St. Mark's Square. Links to the public transport network also lie within walking distance.

Facility

The hotel has 225 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a page service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.
