Location

This hotel is surrounded by the splendid Tuscan countryside. San Gimignano rises on a hill (335 m high) dominating the Elsa Valley with its towers. The architecture of the city was influenced by Pisa, Siena and Florence. 14th-century paintings from the Sienese School are displayed, as well as 15th-century paintings from the Florentine School. San Gimignano’s various restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping venues and the bus station are approximately 10 minutes from the hotel by car. The nearest beaches on the Mediterranean are some 70 km or one hour’s drive away from the establishment.

Facility

The rural hotel was built in 1920. The rural hotel has 20 non-smoking rooms, including 19 double rooms, located in two 2-storey buildings. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a transfer service, a laundry service, a conference room, a coin-operated laundry and a roof terrace are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.
