    Words failed us. We stopped and stared. The sheer expanse, the ever changing light and colours. Photos can not do the views justice.

    Better late than never! We only had 1 night in Death Valley 'on our way' from LA to Vegas. Between the limited time and the potential for snowy/icy conditions, I'd pretty much written this off...

    Amazing views in the park. Worth the hike. Because the park had gotten a hard rain the day before, several roads were closed so Dante's View was one of our only opportunities to see things.
