The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Such a shame that this hotel proved to be no more than a 2star and that’s pushing it. Do not believe what TUI state as included Food was covered in flies every day and the hot food was warm at best...
