Location

This hotel is an ideal base from which to explore the sights of the city, such as the Hong Kong Museum or the bell tower. The ferry terminals serving Star Ferry and China Ferry are also just a short walk away. Hong Kong Airport is about 25 minutes away via the express train, and 45 minutes by car. From here guests have direct access to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station (Exit L3, L4 or E) and to MTR East Rail.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 736 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café, a bar and a pub. Great food and friendly service await guests in 4 air-conditioned restaurants. A delicious breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte, or a set menu. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
