Location

The hotel is located in the city centre, opposite the Frankfurt exhibition centre in the European quarter. The bus station is about 300 m away and shopping venues some 3 km from the hotel. The establishment is only 10 minutes’ walking distance to the city’s main station and banking area and 11 km from Frankfurt Airport.

Facility

5 junior suites and 288 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, medical assistance, translation services, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available.
