    Exceptional rooms (lovely bedding) and friendly staff. Great wifi. Location was perfect for my stay but may not suit everyone. Value was also excellent.

    We had a great time, the rooms are good! The staff is nice except for one girl, everybody said the same about the girl. She is very very rude. She needs to be fired because she is ruining the overall...

    We were stuck in the lift for 1 hour and that at 3am, terrible! But the hotel and its services is very cosy and nice. Would recommend it. Please check the lifts on regular basis!
