    Very poor hotel , allocated room 16 up 2 flights of stairs no lift, room very basic but bed fairly comfortable. Very poor heating in room and no towel the first night then only 1 small one the other...

    Room Cleaning - 1/10 and that's it. Any good thing that a hotel can have, after this, it no longer has. So I should not even classify the rest. Photos do not match reality. Just don't go, although...
