The residence is located opposite the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Parc de la Villette in the same district as the Géode, the Grande Halle de la Villette, the Cité de la Musique and several restaurants. There are both underground and bus lines close by and the Eiffel Tower is less than 1 km away.

The apartment hotel has 8 suites, 33 apartments, 6 single rooms and 25 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.
