    Although staff at reception are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very disappointing. Rooms are very run down, paint peeling off the walls, bathroom was not as clean as one would like...

    I feel very lucky to have got a room at this small hotel. It’s perfect for solo travellers who are interrailing. The staff were lovely, the room was excellent and the breakfast was great value

    Good location close to the train station, pleasant and polite staff on reception. But I found the lift very claustrophobic and used the stairs a couple of times.
