This residence is located about 20 minutes by foot from both train stations and the shopping centre Euralille, and about 20 minutes by foot from the town centre. It is situated in a quiet square with a nice garden. Lesquin Airport is about 20 minutes away by car.

23 apartments and 111 studios are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.
