This hotel enjoys an ideal location in the heart of Cannes on a quiet street, 2 minutes on foot from the train station and 5 minutes from the beaches. Many restaurants and shops can be found close by, as can bars and nightspots. Lerins Island is 3 km away, Marineland is 8 km and Saint Cassien is 20 km. It is 30 minutes from Nice by car and an hour's drive to the ski region in the alps while St Tropez is 90 minutes' drive. It is 25 km to Nice Airport.

Facility

2 junior suites, 2 single rooms and 18 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Dirty carpets, broken A/C, dangerously loose electrical fittings. This place does not deserve at 3 star rating. It’s barley a 2. Think the ice before booking and dint believe the pictures online...
