The residence is located 1.5 km from the centre of Bordeaux and from Saint Jean train station, Place de la Victoire and the pedestrianised shopping street Rue Sainte Catherine. The museum of Bordeaux wines is 10 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Facility

20 studios are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a cloakroom, a safe, a laundry service, a fax machine, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.
