Location

Located on the cliff of Ras Umm El Seed, this hotel is part of Aqua Park City.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 520 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. A garage is available for parking. Other services include a 24-hour security service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. There is a wellness area with a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Third-party operators offer a spa. The resort offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, children's meals and halal food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
