Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families and young people, this palace/castle hotel is located in Hurghada and is about 5 minutes from the hotel's private sandy beach. Guests can reach the centre after approximately 17 km.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 593 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests in search of the perfect souvenir are sure to find it in the gift shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Sport

The pool complex, which includes 11 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, beach volleyball and basketball are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy kitesurfing, sailing, snorkelling, diving and parasailing. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, callisthenics, aerobics and table football or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 11 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Children's meals and halal food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands.

    needs more hotel activities since it can get boring quickly the animation team and football are the only source or entertainment and the arcade aswell but is overall a big hotel
