The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The resort provides a library, a car hire service and a theatre hall. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

There was only 1 elevator working, the other has been down for 3 weeks according to the residents. Not sure when it will be fixed. The wait was as long as 20 minutes and then it was packed at times...
