    Great service, clean rooms. Open and welcoming space and staff. Easy check in and check out. 24 hour snacks and Beveridge's were a bonus. Nice boutique hotel. We would definitely stay here again

    Our stay at Balsam was tops. Great room, great host, well priced, good useful facilities (laundry, breakfast etc.). Could not recommend enough.
