Location

This family-friendly resort is situated just a short drive north of Penticton and 15 min south of the Coquihalla Highway. The hotel enjoys an air of seclusion, located along a quiet stretch of the Okanagan Lake waterfront. Summerland’s town centre, a 10-minute drive from the resort, is home to a range of restaurants, bars and shopping venues.

Facility

119 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the lake view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis and fishing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and golf. The resort's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, badminton and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
