Location

This hotel is located on a main road, close to the famous Niagara Falls. The park beside the falls can be reached in only 100 m. Within 20 m of the hotel are bars, restaurants, shops and a casino, while a bus stop and railway station can be found about 5 minutes' drive away.

Facility

250 single rooms and 266 double rooms are available to guests in a 52-storey main building and a 15-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine. 6 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. While the adults swim a few laps in the indoor pool, children can splash around in the kids' pools. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and basketball are available. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, bowling and squash. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include live music, a dance club and a casino.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.
