    If you wanna be ripped off, this is the place.

    We ordered a ice cappuccino. After 10 minutes a discusting coffee in a whiskey glass was brought. When we asked the bill they charged us 11.55$ for to very bad coffees. Never go into this place...

    Crappy service , below overpriced food . Go for the view , don't eat there ! Restaurant who wants to serve everything , total confusion ,bad presentation . Better restaurant elsewhere.

    I have visited their skybar few times. And I found they have restaurant too at 10F. It was good atmosphere and vest view of serendipity beach. I will be visiting often.

    They have the best and highest viewing skybar in Sihanoukville, but skybar area is small. Serving Heineken draft beer. There is a small casino on the groud floor.
