This superbly-located hotel is within walking distance of all of the city's sights. Maiden's Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum are all around 1 km away. The Boulevard is only two minutes' walk from the hotel, and restaurants, bars, discos and a golf course can be found within around 1 km. The nearest bus stop is around 500 m away, and the nearest train station is approximately 1 km away.

10 rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk are on hand round the clock to assist guests with check-in and check-out.
