The hotel is located on Nebo Road (better known as the Bruce Highway), approximately 800 m past Bridge Road on the left-hand side when travelling from the south, or 800 m past the Mackay Showgrounds on the right-hand side of the highway. Bars are around 1 km away, nightlife is approximately 700 m away and links to the public transport network are just 20 m away.

The motel has a lifts and features 29 rooms and 6 apartments. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
