The hotel is located in Campo San Provolo in the Sestiere Castello, just a few metres from Piazza San Marco and Palazzo Ducale in Venice. The San Zaccaria Vaporetto (water bus) stop is a few steps away, for connections to Venice Santa Lucia Train Station and Marco Polo Airport (approximately 2 km). Treviso Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel.

Fantastic Location

Very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely courtyard where you could help yourself to coffee and biscuits but the best thing about this hotel was the fantastic location which was the reason we chose the Hotel Le Isole and it didn’t disappoint. Really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Venice ❤️

After much investigation on line I chose this hotel for 4 nights. Reasons were location, room size, breakfast included & price. Venice hotels seem to be very expensive & this hotel was mid- range. Although small , the room was adequate, clean & with double glazing also quiet. Breakfast ample if a little limited. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity & a great bar around the corner- location for St Marks & the grand canal was excellent.

I stayed at Hotel Le Isole last year and found the place, convenient, friendly, clean, and easy to get to, so when I decided to go to Italy and Venice this year, it was an easy pick. I add the breakfast onto my room, but you don't have to. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable about how to get around and great places to eat. I am sure they know more, I just didn't ask :)

Mixed feelings about our stay!

Stayed here for three nights on a recent visit to Venice. Would rate it as 3.5. I’ll start with the positives.. Great location. Small and charming. Great breakfast. Lovely courtyard to relax after a long day! Friendly and helpful front desk staff! The negatives… Window shades were very dirty and stained, as were the chairs in our room. AC wasn’t the best, which might be par for the course in Venice. Had difficulty cooling down the room to what someone might be used to. Our shower had quite a bit of black mold in the grout, and as someone with breathing problems, it was not ideal. Maybe it was just the room we were assigned and the rest are lovely, who knows. Other things that were known in advance that others may need to know, their double rooms are very cramped and keep an eye to the mini-bar price list, it’s poked away in a cupboard that we didn’t see until day two! Perhaps the hotel could make this more visible? We really enjoyed our time in Venice and this hotel definitely has some positive aspects that shouldn’t be overlooked.

Sweet Gem in Venice!

The Le Isole Hotel in Venice was very nice and the staff very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast staff was very attentive and the food was very good. They also provided an after hours cocktails from 5-7 pm. All beverages- open bar were complimentary and the courtyard provided a nice atmosphere to have them in, either to wind done the day or to start your evening. Rooms had good ac and were a nice size. The beds, pillows and blankets are all very comfortable. Location of this hotel was perfect for the sightseeing tours we had and major sights. We had a very nice stay! Would definitely go back!!!
