My Go-To Hotel for Business Trips to Lisbon

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, so much so that I ended up returning. The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding, with all needs perfectly met. Whenever we have any special requests, the staff is always kind and quick to resolve them. Their attentiveness and efficiency truly make a difference. This hotel has become my top choice for my business trips to Lisbon. Highly recommended!

a nice, clean hotel in the center. Room is very clean. Bathroom is very modern. Breakfast was very varied. The reception is open all day and was there for all requests. We were there for 5 days and were very satisfied. A great hotel at a reasonable price.

This hotel is lovely and in a nice neighbourhood. There are many options for restaurants (one recommendation in photos) and markets, and the hop on/off tour bus depot is a 10 minute walk. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and the coffee is excellent 👌 And all of the staff were amazing!

Ok hotel but everything was bland and not very memorable.

It’s hard to say anything bad about this hotel, but there is also very little exciting to say either. Staff were very friendly, room was ok, shower had good power and it is in a good area. Breakfast was pretty standard but a bit disappointing compared to what I expected from other reviews- I’ve had a lot bigger variety in most other hotels I’ve stayed in. Would I recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Lisbon? I can’t say I would I’m sorry to say.

Fantastic Hotel & Staff

We loved our room, it felt more like a little bedsit with a separate area to eat and watch TV. the room was super clean and fresh and was cleaned everyday so on return from long trips out it was a pleasure to come back to a lovely clean fresh room. Also i have to say the staff were very friendly in the restaurant at breakfast, the bar and reception, all tried their best to help us with any questions ( as we do not speak Portuguese) and they managed to joke around and make us feel welcome and comfortable. This was a second visit to Lisbon, and if we come again we would definitely stay at the NEYA Lisbon, simply because of the staff at first, then the cleanliness of the whole hotel and the warm welcome. thank you to all the wonderful staff who we know work long hours.
