    Full pension on account of Austrian airlines flight cancelled.No dinner option, but a disgusting chicken salad that seemed leftover from launch and equally bad looking dessert.The hotel looks empty, no wonder.

    Hotel staff at Ramada is very welcoming and friendly.It happened that I got sick while staying at the hotel staff and personnel at reception did everything they could in order to accomodate the best medical option for me as a foreigner.On a side note - teenagers' screams on a radiostation at breakfast are not agreeable to everyone's digestion.     The hotelroom was great, very clean! The bathroom was a different story, the shower was terrible, totally no waterpressure. After more then 3 notices still no difference. Very disapointing.The hotelbar and restaurant are good. The guests were strangely a big mix of international guests and local “pleasure” working ladies…. That is the biggest minus for the hotel!

    Hot Rooms, No AC and Appalling Service

    I’m appalled by the service I just experienced. I was just hung up on by a woman at reception who refused to give her name and said “I’m ending this conversation now.” because she demanded we pay a fee for changing rooms when the temperature of our first room was unbearable and the air conditioning was not working. Let me make it clear, I was completely willing to pay $10 for a room change (not unreasonable at all, but suspicious as to whether this happens often) and would not be leaving this review until the exchange I just had with this woman. She said I may not speak with a manager and hung up on me. I’m just shocked. This is to be reminded that Efficiency rooms are the ones having popular rating. They are part of the Wyndham Hotels Group standard, as they have no terrace but the view on a hotel’s atrium. The temperature in the room, on AC was on heating due to the weather conditions.Let us be reminded that the colleague from the reception did all the usual activities connected with the room move, which is charged 10 euro. Most of the comments by the guests, using Efficiency room during the summer time as very positive as the AC is cooling in fantastic manner.The colleague from the reception had a guest with check out and needed to respond ASAP, as part of the procedure. That is the main reason the colleague said that she needed to pay attention to the guests on departure. We are glad to learn that you value the hospitality in Montenegro, we hope that you might value the efficiency of the colleague providing adequate room move in the needed and timely manner.     The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. Whenever I stay at this hotel, I'm always treated to a wonderful experience.
