By far the poorest hotel we have stayed in.

    rating25 Jun 2025

We will start with the one almost positive, the location is good and central but in the middle of a massive construction site. This 2 star hotel is masquerading as a supposed 4 star hotel. The rooms are dated and very basic. The toiletries are two tiny blocks of soap and 5ml bottle of shower gel and shampoo. The shower however was great. There are none of usual four star reviews amenities like tissues, paper and pen in fact this hotel has cut back to the bone. No iron or ironing board and no kettle or tea and coffee facilities. There were missing bulbs in light fittings so difficult to light our room and the bed sheets were too small leaving the mattered exposed at the top. The duvets were also far too small. One bed was away from the wall and against the window so you couldn’t draw the curtains. There was no headboard, so the pillows fell off all night. Why they had rearranged the room from it’s normal layout wasn’t clear to us. The bathroom light are permanently on if your card is in the slot, unless you can find the switch in the bathroom. All that said the room was cleaned to a high standard. The TV remote only worked if you are a few mm from the screen and nothing is worth watching. You have to access WiFi via a complicated room specific connection using the TV. WiFi only works in the room unless you put in the other password available in the bar. There is a small refrigerator full of way over priced drinks. Lots of storage just you need a step ladder to access some. Many of the staff had an attitude we didn’t like. As if ‘well you are only here a couple of night so why would I care.’ On our first night we had a buffet dinner which was very poor quality with the ‘hot’ food was cold and a poor selection. The breakfast was the poorest quality with out doubt we have experienced in a hotel. The ‘hot’ food was again cold. The staff had a do I care attitude and the place was chaotically busy. No glasses, no cup, no knifes and folks, no yogurt and a queue 10 deep for the one coffee machine. We heard a lot of guests complaining about the standards in the hotel so we were not alone. We do wonder why on TripAdvisor it gets so many good reviews?Given the choice available in this resort we would never stay here again and highly recommend you stay somewhere that is better than this ‘two star’ hotel. The hotel caters for lots of large tour group so that may have something to do with the sell it cheap and cram them in ethos of this establishment.

    1 night only in Budva.

    rating28 Sept 2024

We opted to stay here for 1 night only, as we were exploring the southern coast line for a couple of days, but staying in Igalo, in the north. As it was for the 1 night only, the hotel was sufficient. The room clean, toiletries provided, and we did get the sea view we requested. However, there is a lot of construction in the area, so we also had a view of the neighbouring building site too. There was a selection of food for the included breakfast buffet, but I did feel it it wasn't the best, as the hot food was actually cold.I did have to point out that several ants were climbing all over the pots of honey, that had gone unnoticed. The breakfast manager was very quick to remove them, but didn't even thank me or apologise for the issue, which I felt rude. We'd recommend a visit to the Old Town and pizza at Coco's, on the sea front.

The location is great.Breakfast buffet is a bit poor, for one night its ok.Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The spa its ok but the pool was very cold. You should work a lot to satisfy a client beacuse we paid and we didnt received the service we expected

    You won't be unhappy

    rating07 Feb 2024

First of all, you can see the comment as another hotel manager. As managers of a five-star facility in Turkey/Bodrum, we chose this place for a 3-day trip. The hotel is quite affordable in terms of price and performance.Rooms are clean and useful...There was no kit in the room, but they provide it if you ask (slippers, bathrobe and toothpaste)I will not evaluate the breakfast variety as in Turkish hotels, because we, all-inclusive hotels, exaggerated this issue a little, but when we compare it with European hotels during our visit, it is okay. Only in the service. There were no napkins, wet wipes, brewed Turkish tea and a caring friend on the tables, and unfortunately, he was a bit distant, serious and sullen. But as a general evaluation, we can say that it got plus points thanks to the receptionist Gordana. As long as Orduna exists, she can find solutions to all your questions and problems with its smiling face and solution-oriented business approach. Thank you Gordana 😊Would we prefer to come again? Yes

    Under new management?

    rating09 Sept 2023

I was really looking forward to staying here after reading the reviews. But OMG. The room does not have tea and coffee making facilities. If you want them you have to ask as there is not enough kettles to put in all rooms. A nice lady delivered the kettle and cups but no tea and coffee. I asked if it would be possible to get a couple of tea bags as the shops were shut, and I was told no. What a Joke. Also the safe in the room did not work they came up looked at it and said it needed an engineer. Never said when the engineer would be around to fix it. Went down to dinner, and the buffet presented to us was for hot and cold food, yet the hot food was as cold as the salad. The walls are marked the only place to put your case is on the floor, no good if you've got a bad back, sockets are made of cheap plastic, and the lamp shade is dirty. Maybe it's under new management!
