    Clean, compact, well equipped self catering apartment with great location and view, but some drawbacks

    On balance, we enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel apartment, but with some reservations. On the positive side, our 8th floor unit was very clean and well equipped despite its compact size. It provided a beautiful view across the small bay to Budva’s Old Town. Daria, the property manager, was very helpful, kind, and responsive to our concerns.On the down side, we were a bit disappointed to find neither the clothes washer nor the safe in working order when we arrived; both had to be repaired the following morning. A bigger disappointment was the construction work taking place immediately above us, with loud drilling and hammering disrupting our Saturday morning rest; at the very least, we should have been forewarned of this, with an opportunity to look elsewhere or to request a reduction in the substantial room rate. Guest parking at a daily rate of EUR 15 is available on the grounds of this large complex.

    We stayed at the hotel for 5 days between 23/11 /25 - 27/11/25and we had an excellent experience.From the friendly chauffer that picked us up from Tivat airport,to the warm welcome we got at the reception upon our arrival,to the attentive staff at the dinning room and the team at the sauna,everything was amazing.The hotel was clean and beautiful, like it was built not so long ago and it was also very luxurious and cozy.Also the location of the hotel is great. Only 30 minutes (by foot) or 10 minutes (in a car) to the Old City.I would especially like to thank Ksenia from the reception for the exceptional kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist us with every request.I also want to thank Kristina from the hotel restaurant for her friendly attitude and excellent service.I will definitely come back to this hotel again.     My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.     Beautiful hotel

    We were extremely pleased with our stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient. We initially booked a standard room, but Marko at reception kindly upgraded us to a superior room free of charge. A big thank you to him for that! He also went above and beyond when we encountered an internet issue due to our own mistake, costing us €15. Marko dedicated his valuable time—about half an hour—to help resolve it with genuine care. Thanks to him, we felt more secure in a country and culture we were unfamiliar with. We’re truly grateful.The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast in a stylish, beachfront restaurant with a variety of options.Unfortunately, as it was off-season, we couldn’t use the pool, which was a disappointment. Additionally, we would have preferred complimentary or more affordable parking for hotel guests. We were lucky to solve the parking issue thanks to a kind person, but not everyone may be as fortunate as we were.Warm regards from the Basha family! 🇹🇷🇦🇿
