This attractive hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Andorra La Vella and is recommended as a holiday hotel the whole year round. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     wow, it was horrible horrible experience! staff were unpleasant and blunt not helpful at all! i felt extremely uncomfortable and then i checked into my room and when i tell you the smell was dreadful!!! nothing felt clean i could not sleep as bed made me itchy. 1/10 experience all honesty

    This is by far the worst hotel l've ever stayed in. It claims to be a 4-star property, but the reality is shocking-awful smell throughout, broken and stained walls, filthy bathrooms. Unbelievable that in beautiful Andorra you can end up in a place like this.It's hard to believe hotels like this are still allowed to operate, let alone carry a 4-star rating. Truly shameful. I was too late to switch hotels, otherwise I would have left immediately.I wish I could have a respirator because place

    I have traveled to over 40 countries around the world and I have never experienced such an unpleasant stay as in Hotel Diplomatic in Andorra la Vella. Due to a receptionist’s mistake, we lost our pre-booked rooms. To make matters worse, there were no available rooms left in the entire city of Andorra la Vella.Instead of offering us a solution, the staff showed no professionalism or willingness to help. In the end, we were forced to spend the night on uncomfortable chairs in the hotel lobby – something completely unacceptable and unworthy of any hospitality standard.I travel frequently and I believe that such negligence and lack of care for guests is absolutely unacceptable. This experience completely ruined our stay in Andorra, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Mlre like 2-star hotel, needs a lot of renewal, some is ongoing already. The receptionist literally took all his time to give me the worst room ever. Price was good and also location but other than that therws nothing good about the hotel. Dissapointed.

    We have not been to this hotel. We wanted to make a reservation for June 2023, with a ‘Gift for You’ card. This hotel was on the website of ‘Gift for you’ as a hotel were you can make a reservation with your gift card. But the hotel refused the gift card. We get a very short answer: we do not work with ‘Gift for You’. We were very disappointed. We complained by Gift for You and ask them to remove this hotel out of there list.
