Great location which it is next to the bus station. Our was not to a 5 * as the room look tired and need some maintenance. We stay in room 322 which the window doesn’t close properly, the toilet seat need to be change, the whole tap in the bath was nearly out of the wall, which each time we use it I was scared to pull it all out. Coffee cup was dirty 2 days in the raw. Also my concern is I ask for a new key as my other half was still out . I just gave them the room number and got a key. I offer to show my ID and say no need which I find that very strange as maybe I gave a room room or anyone could go to our room. Diner : unfortunately we couldn’t have à la carte in the restaurant as it was reserved only for people with diner inclusive . They were doing a buffet only every night. The hotel is missing some bar space area to chill. This is the best place to come to Andorra. The food, the rooms but mostly the service is simply the best. Many many thanks to the hotel Manager, Mok who made our days in the hotel just great. We are a family of 4 (kids 14 and 12)) along with another family of 4 (kids 11 & 16) currently staying at Suites Plaza Hotel and Wellness in Andorra la Vella. We actually don’t have any complaints about the Hotel. The family rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily, beds made and fresh towels. The food is good, with reasonable variety and for small snacks the pizzas are excellent.Unfortunately the spa and pool has to be pre booked, as done the hotel ski bus which only has a capacity of 5 for the ski slopes. The main bus station is only 5 minutes walk for half hour trip to Encamp/ Funicamp.All in all a really nice hotel with friendly staff, great Management and clean and presentable. A great hotel with excellent service

A great hotel with excellent service. Located just steps from the bus station with direct connections to Barcelona, there's a public transport stop in front of the hotel, connecting you to the Funicamp gondola lift. You can also book a free ski bus. The hotel has a small swimming pool with saunas for afternoon relaxation. The food is excellent, with a wide selection and very tasty. This is our second family ski stay at this hotel, and it offers the best combination of 5-star quality, price, proximity to the city for afternoon excursions, and convenient access to the ski slopes. Hotel is well located in the center of Andorra La Vella but not in the shopping/restaurants area. You still need to walk about 15min.Rooms are good, breakfast is ok. Missing common space in the hotel to be considered a 5 star. Then, no space for car (always full), very difficult, to say almost impossible to book the spa.
